Dynamic Automation Conditions for Sessions

Automations in Gtmhub allow you to deploy and manage OKRs at scale, have control over the process, and ensure consistency. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is also used to save time and reduce human errors by automating repetitive tasks.

Improvements to Automation Conditions for Sessions

Previously, Gtmhub has only allowed users to apply Automations to specific sessions e.g. Q3 2022. With the addition of Dynamic Automation Conditions for Sessions, users will now be able to apply Automations to "dynamic" Sessions, for example all Active Sessions or all Past Sessions.

Following these updates, Admins will now be able to apply Automations to dynamic Sessions covering:

• Active Sessions (where current date is between start and end date of the Session)

• Past Sessions (where end date of the Session is before current date)

• Future Sessions (where start date of the Session is before current date)

• Open Sessions (Session state is set to "Open")

• In Progress Sessions (Session state is set to "In Progress")

• Archived (Session state is set to "Archived")

This saves time for Admins, as they no longer have to edit or reapply their Automations at the start of each quarter or Session.
