Sunsetting Feedback Feature

We are continually evaluating feedback from you and our other customers to ensure Gtmhub can meet your organization's needs. In an effort to keep your experience using Gtmhub simple and focus on the features that matter most, we removed our Feedback feature.

Here are the ways you can continue to communicate on performance and provide feedback within Gtmhub:

• Comments – Spark transparent communication on OKRs, specific Key Result updates or Charts (Insights), including the ability for @ mentions, GIFs, and emoji reactions for an additional way to celebrate wins.

• Badges – Offer engagement and a fun way to celebrate and build camaraderie by acknowledging the efforts of a team or employee by awarding badges for your entire company to see.

• Whiteboards – Collaborate on creating OKRs, running retrospectives, or even employee evaluations. We are also working on a Whiteboard improvement that allows for reactions and voting in Whiteboards.

• Lists – Prepare for team syncs and weekly OKR status updates to track what might need extra attention.

• Timeline Feed – A new feed will be launching soon to the Home page dashboard. This feed will show real-time Key Result updates and all the great things your teams are accomplishing to keep the communication and engagement around OKRs going.
